To prepare a good coffee, intense and creamy like in the bar, today we have Bialetti Brikka: the only stove-top capable to make expresso of 30 cc with a coffee concentration almost double compared to a moka and with a delicious cream on the surface. Brikka secret is  a special valve that regulates the pressure of water flowing through the coffee grounds for a richer-tasting coffee: a patented system which allows to have a coffee at a double pressure and in half time with respect to a traditional coffeepot.
